I love the outdoors and walking. 

Walking and talking is a very natural thing to do. Being outside has great health benefits and can lift your mood.

Walk and Talk is different than sitting in a room with your counsellor. Less eye contact and being able to move can mean it releases inhibitions and makes it easier to talk. It also makes phrases like 'being with you on your journey' and 'take the first step' quite literal - I really am by your side and your equal; we're in it together.

Where we meet depends on you. Maybe you have a favourite place you feel comfortable or want to go somewhere different. Around Worthing we have lots of options - the South Downs, the beach and local parks to choose from. We arrange when and where to meet and literally go from there. 


I am happy to travel to you within a 10-mile radius of Worthing (Shoreham to Littlehampton and up to Storrington) and if the weather is not looking good we can rearrange for another day or stay cosy at home and use video or phone counselling instead. I am flexible with days and times which means I can fit around things like shift work and family commitments.
